Clinical Supervision

For Individuals + Organizations

As I see it, the role of a clinical supervisor is to be a guide, mentor, teacher, and consultant. Sometimes, we'll talk about what's coming up for you as it relates to your clients, other times we'll focus on new interventions or approaches you might not have thought of. Conversation will center around the dynamics between you and your clients and include the systems and identities both you and your clients hold and move within.

My approach is warm, relatable, and affirming. My goal is to support you in strengthening sense of self and building self-awareness; developing therapeutic skills and modalities; and tuning into, and using, culturally affirming approaches.

If you are an associate or an agency who is working with adults and young people, consider contacting me.

I provide interim and long-term supervision for public, private, and charter schools; community mental health agencies and programs; and non profit organizations. Additionally, I create, implement, and manage intern programs for agencies and programs.
