We are as limitless as we allow

I offer psychotherapy; well-being coaching; facilitation and training; and organizational culture shift consulting.

I am propelled by the Jewish philosophy of tikkun olam (repairing the world) which asks that we actively heal the world as we live in it. I do this through community service; activism; working towards creating a more equitable and just community; being aware, and shifting the impact, of my privileges; and helping other people become active participants in healing oppression in its many forms.

I am also inspired by the philosophy underlying kintsukuroi, the Japanese art of “golden repair” - the restoration of broken pottery with laquer to create a new vessel that is thought to be more beautiful than the original creation. We all have cracks and we shift as we heal, developing into something different than we were as a result of our original experiences and our repair process.

I have never been satisfied doing just one thing or looking at problems from a single point of view. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am a health educator, social worker, diversity trainer, and writer. I approach everything I do from a systems perspective. My lens is wide and I offer that vision to those I work with, encouraging them to find sight for themselves.

My commitment is to help people and organizations embody themselves as fully as possible and see that they are innately whole and wildly capable. When we believe in our full capacity, we are able to connect more deeply and genuinely with everything around us including our work, families, partners, clients, and the world at large.
